The Core plan is bring-your-own TV. The Growth plan includes the option to lease a TV through us on 12 or 24-month terms, so you can go completely hands-off from day one.
Just send us your new images, promos, or requests and we'll update your playlist. Core customers get one update per month, Growth customers get two. Emergency pushes are available on the Growth plan for urgent changes.
Since SignPilot owns the hardware, we handle any replacements or repairs at no additional cost to you. We maintain spare units to minimize any downtime.
Typically within one business day of signing up. We'll schedule a visit, bring the hardware pre-configured, and have your display live before we leave.
